Mid-level Full Stack Python Developer - Bangalore (Hybrid)

We're looking for a Mid-Level Full-Stack Python Developer to contribute to the development and integration of our ERP platform, internal dashboards, and AI-assisted tools. You'll work closely with a senior developer to build scalable, high-quality solutions that improve company-wide operations and support business growth. This role blends enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and data-driven intelligence, offering hands-on experience across the full stack., Work model: 100% remote with fully flexible hours / Hybrid once office is set up - 2-3 days per week in-office, remote the rest

Do you have experience in SAP ERP?, * Startup/scaleup experience: Worked at a company that raised at least Series A or B ( USD 5M).

• Strong expertise in Python and experience architecting backend or full-stack systems at scale (Django, Frappe, FastAPI).
• Familiar with cloud deployment and scalable services (AWS, GCP, Azure).
• Comfortable building front-end dashboards, portals, or helpdesk tools.
• Exposure to ERP systems (Odoo, ERPNext, SAP) or internal business platforms.
• Eager to learn from senior developers and contribute to complex projects.
• Experience with data processing, analytics, or AI integration is a plus.
• Ability to ship features efficiently, maintain code quality, and follow best practices in high-pressure environments.
