Senior Full Stack Python Developer - Bangalore (Hybrid)

We're opening our office in Bangalore and we're looking for a Senior Full-Stack Python Developer to lead the development and integration of our ERP platform, internal dashboards, and AI-assisted tools. You will be responsible for driving execution speed, mentoring mid-level developers, and ensuring scalable, high-quality technical solutions that directly impact the efficiency and growth of the company. This role bridges enterprise systems, cloud infrastructure, and data-driven intelligence to optimize core business operations., Work model: 100% remote with fully flexible hours / Hybrid once office is set up - 2-3 days per week in-office, remote the rest

Do you have experience in Scalability?, * Startup/scaleup experience: Worked at a company that raised at least Series A or B ( USD 5M).

• Strong expertise in Python and experience architecting backend or full-stack systems at scale (Django, Frappe, FastAPI).
• Experience with ERP systems (Odoo, ERPNext, SAP) or integrating internal platforms.

Skilled in cloud deployment and scalability (AWS, GCP, Azure). * Comfortable building front-end dashboards, portals, or helpdesk tools for internal teams and clients. * Proven track record in mentoring or leading developers, preferably in a startup or scale-up environment. * Experience with AI or data-driven workflow integration to optimize business operations. * Ability to ship features fast while maintaining production-quality standards in a high-pressure environment.

• Preferred Background: Senior developers with startup or scale-up experience who thrive in fast-paced environments, shipping features in days (not weeks), and who enjoy working and leading high-ownership, high-impact teams.
