Requirements
Do you have a valid Driving Licence license?, Do you have experience in Software troubleshooting?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, If you possess a diverse set of technical skills, can think on your feet, communicate effectively, and derive satisfaction from exceeding customer expectations, you may be who we're looking for., * Minimum of 2 years providing 1st line support.
- Proficient with ITIL service desks for support ticket management.
- Familiarity with Windows Server, including AD, GPO, DNS, DHCP.
- Hands-on experience with client devices (Windows, Apple, and ChromeOS).
- Understanding of network infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi).
- Competency in managing Cloud Platforms (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365).
- Skill in troubleshooting software/hardware issues.
