Job description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Administrator / Data Processor to join a small, supportive team of three. You will be responsible for maintaining, processing, and validating data to ensure accuracy and consistency across systems, supporting internal teams with clean and reliable data., Data Entry & Processing
- Input, update, and maintain data across internal systems, databases, and spreadsheets
- Process large volumes of data accurately and efficiently
- Ensure data is formatted correctly and consistently
Data Quality & Validation
- Carry out regular data checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Identify and correct errors, duplicates, and inconsistencies
- Follow data validation rules and quality control procedures
Data Management & Maintenance
- Maintain and update databases and records
- Ensure data is stored securely and in line with company policies
- Support data governance and information security practices
Reporting Support
- Assist with preparing basic reports using Excel
- Support automated reporting processes where required
- Respond to internal data requests and queries
Collaboration & Support
- Work closely with internal teams to support their data requirements
- Communicate clearly with colleagues regarding data issues or updates
Continuous Improvement
- Suggest improvements to data processes and workflows
- Support initiatives to improve efficiency and accuracy
Requirements
Do you have experience in Time management?, Working Pattern: Office-based initially, moving to hybrid (3 days working from home) following successful completion of probation
Are you highly organised, detail-focused, and comfortable working with data on a daily basis? We are working with a growing marketing agency based in Leicester who are looking to expand their team with a Data Administrator / Data Processor.
This role would suit someone with experience in data administration, data processing, or a related office-based role, or someone looking to build a career working with data in a structured environment., This role requires strong attention to detail, confidence using Excel and data entry systems, and the ability to manage repetitive tasks accurately while meeting deadlines., * Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organisational and time-management skills
- Comfortable working with large datasets
- Confident using Microsoft Excel and data entry systems
- Ability to follow processes and work methodically
- Able to work independently and as part of a team, * Previous experience in a data administration, data processing, or similar role (preferred)
- Strong Excel skills; experience with Power Query is advantageous
- Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or internal data systems is beneficial
- Understanding of data quality checks and validation processes
- Good written and verbal communication skills
