Job description
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented all rounder to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and optimising our online sales channels, developing engaging content, and driving growth. Experience with Woocommerce, EBay, Tik Tok and Amazon listings essential along with marketing experience and a flair for design., * Manage and optimise product listings across our main e-commerce platform (Woocommerce ), ensuring accuracy and visual appeal plus starting a Tik Tok and Amazon shop plus growing our current Ebay store.
- Help maintain marketplace listings
- Support the implementation of SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings and increase organic traffic in conjunction with outside agency
- Support the coordination and execution of email marketing campaigns
- Leverage platforms such as Google and META Ads to drive brand and product visibility and traffic to site
- Analyse website performance using Google Analytics and other analytical tools to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Populate weekly KPI analysis sheet and share with digital team, together with your interpretations of the data
- Support with new product launches across all digital platform
- Utilise Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentation purposes
- Maintain organised records of campaigns, sales data, and customer interactions to support strategic decision-making.
Requirements
Do you have experience in WordPress?, Do you have experience with websites, graphic design and social media? Can you come up with an idea, make it look amazing then get it online and in front of our customers., The role will suit someone who has experience in lots of areas along with the ability to identify sales opportunities as they arise and run with them to maximise profits, * Proven experience in e-commerce management or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of Woocommerce , SEO, Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media management (META, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Youtube), and email marketing.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, WordPress, Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint), and IT skills relevant to digital platforms.
- Excellent communication skills in English with the ability to craft compelling copy for diverse audiences.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while adhering to deadlines through effective time management.
- Ability to work independently within a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical mindset with good analysis skills to interpret data insights into actionable strategies.
