Requirements
- Proven experience working as a Data Migration Lead on large-scale programmes.
- Active Security Clearance (SC)
- Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Data Factory (ADF) for data migration workloads.
- Demonstrable team leadership experience - able to guide engineers, ensure delivery quality, and act as the migration SME.
- Experience delivering end-to-end migration cycles, including strategy, mapping, ETL/ELT pipelines, validation, rehearsal cycles, and cutover.
Nice to have:
- Exposure to Microsoft Dynamics migrations.
- Experience with Power Platform / Power Pages (PP).
- Familiarity with other Azure data services (e.g., Databricks, Azure SQL, Synapse).
