IT Infrastructure lead

We are looking for an experienced IT Infrastructure Lead to drive the design, deployment, and operations of a large-scale Hospital Information System (HIS) across a flagship hospital and its network of branches. This is a critical leadership role responsible for building a highly available, secure, and scalable infrastructure across on-premises, cloud, or hybrid environments., * Lead end-to-end infrastructure architecture and delivery for HIS environments

• Design and govern application, database, reporting, and HA/DR architectures
• Define cloud, on-premise, or hybrid strategies (Azure/AWS preferred)
• Oversee server sizing, capacity planning, virtualization, and enterprise storage
• Implement and manage SQL Server High Availability & Disaster Recovery
• Design secure network architecture including LAN/WAN, firewalls, VPNs, and DR connectivity
• Drive monitoring, automation, and Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, ARM, Ansible)
• Govern backup, patching, vulnerability management, and system hardening
• Collaborate with application, DBA, network, security teams, and vendors
• Maintain documentation, architecture diagrams, and support audits

Do you have experience in Virtualization?, * 5-10+ years of experience in IT Infrastructure with leadership exposure

• Strong expertise in SQL Server HA/DR (Always On, Replication)
• Hands-on experience with Azure and/or AWS
• Solid knowledge of networking, firewalls, VPNs, and security best practices
• Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V), and storage
• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
