Storage Consultant

· Execute migrations using Pure Storage tools (Cirrus, VPLEX) and VMware Storage vMotion

· Manage NAS namespace consistency and backup migrations (Commvault or similar)

· Validate data integrity and performance post-migration

· Act as the Pure Storage Specialist, advising stakeholders and sharing best practice

· Produce clear migration documentation and handover to internal teams

We're looking for an experienced Storage Consultant to lead enterprise data migrations from legacy platforms to Pure Storage. This is a hands-on contract role focused on delivering secure, zero-data-loss migrations with minimal downtime., · Strong hands-on experience with Pure Storage, FlashArray / Evergreen

· Proven background in SAN/NAS migrations and VMware environments

· Solid understanding of NFS, SMB/CIFS, permissions, and authentication

· Pure Certified Migration Specialist (preferred)
