Junior IT Support

Are you looking to start your career in IT? We're seeking a motivated Junior IT Support to support our client based in Pencoed, Bridgend and gain hands-on experience with modern IT tools and processes., Install and set up PCs, laptops, monitors, and peripherals Image devices (training provided on Intune/SCCM/MDT) Migrate user data between devices Connect equipment to networks and configure printers Update asset records and support hardware collection/recycling Provide basic user support during device rollout Follow IT procedures, security policies, and documentation standards

Interest in IT hardware Basic knowledge of Microsoft 365 applications Good communication and customer service skills Ability to follow instructions and work methodically Organised, reliable, and eager to learn Comfortable moving and setting up equipment

Salary: £12.84 p/h Shifts: Monday- Friday, 08:00- 16:00 Temporary contract with opportunity to extend Benefits as an Junior IT Support:
