IT Support Engineer - On Site

• Ticket Handling: Process service tickets submitted by overseas employees.
• Solution Provision: Provide solutions to employees based on the established knowledge base.
• Cross-Team Support: Assist the domestic remote support team in handling related tickets.
• Lifecycle Management: Provide full lifecycle management for all assigned service tickets.
• Incident Escalation: Summarize and escalate emergency or unexpected issues as required.

Do you have experience in macOS?, * Education & Language: Degree or above, majoring in Computer Science or related fields; fluent in spoken English with a CET-6 certificate or higher. Being able to communicate in Mandarin is advantageous.

• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of experience in Desktop Support.
• Soft Skills: Strong customer service orientation, excellent verbal communication skills, quick-thinking, adaptable, and approachable.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Windows OS with the ability to analyze and solve problems independently; capable of assisting Tier-2 support in troubleshooting and fault localization.
• Software & Tools: Basic understanding of macOS; proficient in Microsoft Office (candidates with strong PPT and Visio skills are preferred).
• Documentation: Strong documentation and summarization skills with a high sense of responsibility.
• Personal Attributes: Ability to work under pressure, strong teamwork spirit, and capable of adapting to high-intensity workloads.
