Job description

Set up, manage, and maintain the document control system in line with company and project procedures * Upload, distribute, and archive drawings, specifications, RFIs, reports, and correspondence * Ensure all documents are correctly named, version-controlled, and issued to the correct stakeholders * Maintain up-to-date document registers and trackers * Liaise with design teams, consultants, subcontractors, and site management to ensure timely information flow * Monitor document approvals, revisions, and status updates * Support site and commercial teams with document retrieval and reporting * Ensure compliance with QA procedures and project standards * Assist with handover documentation at project completion

Requirements

This role requires excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and previous experience working on large construction projects., Proven experience as a Document Controller on construction projects * Experience on large residential or mixed-use developments preferred * Strong understanding of document control processes and workflows * Proficient in Viewpoint / Aconex / Asite / 4Projects or similar systems * Strong IT skills (MS Excel, Word, Outlook) * Excellent organisational and communication skills * Ability to manage high volumes of documentation accurately and efficiently * Proactive, reliable, and able to work to deadlines
