Job description
IT Support Engineer - up to 30K + 2x Overtime - Tamworth. An exciting opportunity within a Microsoft Gold Partnered MSP in Tamworth. We are looking for enthusiastic, passionate IT Support Engineer to join a forward-thinking and growing MSP. The company is expanding, with around 50% growth over the last 18 months. The environment supports innovation and flexibility, with a relaxed yet professional setting., * Provide IT support across Windows environments (Windows 7 and Windows 10).
- Manage Office 365 Email Solutions, Intune, Autopilot, and related Microsoft 365 technologies.
- Mailbox management with Exchange 2007/2010/2013/2016.
- Active Directory Users and Computers management.
- Basic client-side networking and troubleshooting.
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers to ensure faults are logged, managed and SLAs are met.
- Support Microsoft Office applications and related productivity tools.
- Experience with working in a Managed Service Desk environment is beneficial.
- Resolve incidents quickly using remote support tools.
- Exposure to HP and Dell hardware.

The ideal candidate is self-motivated, a good communicator, and has a natural desire to create a fluid, collaborative environment. The successful candidate should possess strong problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and the ability to work as part of a team.
