Change Manager

• Participating in and collaborating with cross-functional teams to assess, authorize, and oversee changes to the IT environment;
• Evaluating change requests to ensure alignment with business objectives and minimization of risks;
• Maintaining a robust change management process, including documentation, communication, and post-implementation reviews.

Do you have experience in Problem management?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience);

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in change management and problem management activities of IT Services;
• Minimum 2 years in configuration management or in a similar capacity. Proven experience on preparing the PIR (Post Incident Reviews) and RCA (Root Cause Analyze) documents of IT Services.
