Test Engineering within the Supply Chain Technical Operations Organization. Support test solutions, test software and electrical test interfaces for Zebra products going through manufacturing test and be a primary technical advisor to the supplier resources as needed. Responsibilities:

  • On-site support of Printer test systems for Zebra product manufacturing.
  • Support Printer product testing during the New Product Introduction (NPI) phase as well as sustaining support for manufacturing facilities.
  • Test software sustaining / development & test circuit design for manufacturing test systems that perform calibration & functional testing of electronic devices and opto-mechanical electronic products.
  • Use Measurement System Analysis (MSA) tools to validate the designed test system (Cpk, GR&R).
  • Support and facilitate implementation of test systems for manufacturing in conjunction with US based Test and Design Engineering Teams.
  • Engage in engineering design reviews and provide Design-For-Test (DFT) product analysis.
  • Exemplifying strong leadership on quality goals and the delivery of lean solutions, low cost test systems, and cycle time improvements in an ethical and responsible way.
  • Supporting Industry 4.0 Initiatives in Digitization, Lean & Automation
  • Oversight of capacity planning and manufacturing delivery execution aligning to forecast changes and business needs
  • Travel to and from manufacturing factory in local region. Occasional travel outside of the region is required to work with design teams and suppliers.

Requirements

Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, * Bachelor's degree in Engineering IT or related fields

  • 5+ years work experience
  • Able to regularly travel to our contract manufacturer based in Phetchaburi Province, Khao Yoi District
