IT Support Engineer

• Provide IT support across a range of systems and applications, handling tickets and resolving issues efficiently.
• Manage user accounts, system access, and setups in Entra ID and M365.
• Support Windows 11, Intune, server administration, and VMware environments.
• Evaluate vendors, recommend solutions, and deliver training where required.
• Contribute to IT projects and initiatives to improve systems, processes, and efficiency.
• Share knowledge and collaborate with colleagues to strengthen team capability.

• Previous IT support or systems experience, ideally beyond first-line support in a small team environment.
• Hands-on experience with Entra ID, Intune, M365, Windows 11, server administration, and VMware.
• Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Practical, reliable, and proactive attitude, someone who enjoys solving problems and improving systems.
• Technical qualifications desirable
