Job description
This technology group is looking for a technical support engineer to join their growing team . They need a strong communicative individual that can work collaboratively with supporting various sites.
A key trait is that you must be self-motivated and able to work independently, with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Engineer Responsibilities:
Administration, monitoring and supporting all aspects of the network including, software, and hardware, LANS, WANS, telecommunications systems, and their components
Operating and supporting the deployment, operations, and maintenance of network technologies.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, Experience with active directory including Server 2012, 2016 snd 2019
Install and configure routers, switches, wireless equipment, firewalls, and related technologies
Two years of equivalent work experience in a related field required
Experience with VMware ESXi preferred
Excellent customer service skills
2+ years of experience in IT and Network Support
Knowledge of TCP/IP, Ethernet technologies, IP routing and routing protocols, windows 10, network security technologies and general desktop support
Technical knowledge of networks and systems inter-connectivity
Experience with current best practices in IT standards, principles, and security practices
