Job description

To take carry out administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of the office, organising people, information and other resources, ensuring all administrative processes work effectively., Assisting with the below

  • Facilities management - assisting with the management of essential services, security, maintenance, cleaning, catering, waste disposal and recycling and ensuring that the premises meet health and safety requirements and facilities comply with legislation.
  • Tendering - assisting with the preparation of tender documents and samples.
  • Company administration - providing administrative support throughout the company, distribution of incoming and outgoing post, arranging meetings and minute taking if required, management of travel arrangements, etc.
  • Sales Support - updating account plans, producing product proposals, logging sales opportunities in CRM/ERP, customer visit preparation, managing the product samples, and ensuring sales data is kept up to date.
  • HR Administration - keeping HR records/database up to date with relevant information.
  • This is not an exhaustive list and other duties and responsibilities may be required as and when they arise.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Microsoft Office?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Highly organised

  • The ability to work as a team, * NVQ Level 3 Diploma in Business Administration (preferred), * 2 or more years' office administration experience, * Diploma of Higher Education (preferred), * office administration: 2 years (required)
