Job description

  • Supervise the forecasting and accuracy of downstream access mail into Royal Mail, ensuring accurate operation of agreed procedures

  • Support the Reporting function for UKMail clients

  • Communicate effectively with our customers, KAMs, CPMs and internal stakeholders for Forecasting / Reporting statistics, charges and compliance

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Lead on the development of forecasting processes and improvements

  • Complete Forecasting procedures daily for Site Collection and Royal Mail Handover

  • Support MI development and reporting for Mail clients specific to requirements.

  • Employ analytical methods to maintain accuracy and support improvements and accuracy for forecasting both internally and externally.

  • Employ analytical and developmental tools to support MI reporting and client based reports, daily, monthly and Quarterly.

  • Ensure all supporting data is provided to internal and external stakeholders for statistical and commercial analysis.

  • Work with MI team and UKMCC Manager to design and develop new reports as per requirements of internal stakeholders and external clients.

  • Support automated processes with large data sets for commercial development and statistical analysis.

Requirements

Do you have experience in VBA?, * Effective use of Microsoft Excel to include VBA, Access, SQL Studio Management.

  • Experience in managing large datasets for statistical and performance related analysis.

  • Effective communication & analytical skills

Desirable:

  • Understanding of DSA Mail processes.

  • 3 years experience
