Data Strategy Lead

As a Data Strategy Lead at Tomorrowland, you'll play a key role in transforming our festival experience into a personalized digital home for the People of Tomorrow.

Are you the Data Strategy Lead who loves switching between discussing business requirements or performing data analysis at one moment, and coding or building data products the next? Then you might be the one we are looking for., As a Data Strategy Lead at Tomorrowland, you'll play a key role in transforming our festival experience into a personalized digital home for the People of Tomorrow.

You are responsible for:

• Modelling and delivering data products that support automated decisioning and personalization
• Collaborating with data source owners, both internal and external, to capture data definitions and discuss data ingestion paradigms
• Creating a data-driven culture and introducing a data-first mindset
• Refining and safeguarding data best practices, with a focus on dashboarding and data analysis
• Continuously challenging our data architecture and, where needed, defining capabilities from the ground up

Do you have experience in SQL?, * You have experience working with a cloud-based modern data stack

• Tools like AWS, Airflow, DBT/SQL, Python and Qlik are no strangers to you. You have used these-along with other technologies-to prepare data for reports and to build customer data products before. The term machine learning doesn't scare you; instead, it fuels your hunger to keep learning new things
• A can-do mentality, without cutting corners
• Prior experience with our data engineering stack or similar tools
• The talent to quickly learn new techniques and technologies
