Job description

Our Talent Delivery Division is growing rapidly - and we're looking for a dynamic, Talent Delivery Consultant to join our team and play a key role in supporting our dealership partners nationwide., As a Talent Delivery Consultant, you'll be the primary point of contact for multiple active client partners, ensuring they get maximum value from our Pay-Per-Hire service. You'll coordinate recruitment activity with candidates, hiring managers & C-suite level contacts - delivering a best-in-class client & candidate experience from start to finish., * Speak to a high number of active & idle candidates on a daily basis

  • Manage and nurture relationships with existing clients across multiple states.
  • Serve as the main point of contact, providing candidates, regular updates, & insights
  • Partner closely with internal recruitment teams
  • Track performance against client goals, reporting on metrics such as time-to-hire, quality of hire, and retention.
  • Identify opportunities to expand relationships and increase client engagement across new roles or stores.
  • Handle client queries professionally and proactively resolve any challenges that arise.
  • Collaborate with the wider leadership team to continuously improve the client experience.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Leadership?, * Proven experience in Account Management, Recruitment, or Talent Solutions (automotive experience a plus).

  • Proven experience within a targeted environment to hit weekly/monthly/yearly budget requirements including KPI's.
  • Strong relationship builder with excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced environment and meeting delivery deadlines.
  • A proactive and consultative approach to client & candidate service.
  • Comfortable using CRM or ATS systems and reporting tools.
