Join our expert team to work as a Product Owner and acts as the primary liaison between business units and technical teams, ensuring that product features deliver maximum value. As Product Owner you will bring your expertise in cloud software to be able to manage product development roadmap, gather business requirements, understand customer needs and transform them into user stories to be built by the development team inside the Agile SAFe framework methodology.

With people. Besides your team and manager, you will have several support figures like a godparent, who will help you with the practical and administrative aspects of daily life during your first 6 months.
And the second most important person after you, your mentor, who will guide you through your entire onboarding and career at ERNI. You will have regular 1:1 meetings with them, and recurrently, you will work on your development plan to define your short-, medium-, and long-term goals.

Requirements
Do you have experience in Scrum?, * Proven experience in Product Management development in B2B and B2B2C industries.
- Experience in product roadmap strategies and backlog management for large products.
- Experience in the healthcare sector and managing medical device products.
- Technical background to be able to interact with development teams, understand trade-off and have independent judgement and decision making.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders to gather business requierements and understand customer needs to transform into features or solutions.
- Experience in the relevant specific topics, either complex cloud-based applications, mobile applications, embedded software.
- Experience in product management, project management and collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Miro, G-suite..).
- Proficient in Agile methodologies (SCRUM, SAFe).
- Fluent in English, with excellent communication skills.
