2. TASKS TO BE PERFORMED This role combines technical and regulatory skills to ensure that the organization's IT processes are efficient, secure, and compliant with applicable standards, significantly contributing to the achievement of the organization's strategic objectives. • Design workflows aligned with organizational objectives.
• Design and implement digital infrastructures that ensure efficient and secure communication between devices and systems.
• Apply international standards of interoperability and data sovereignty.
• Process, structure, and anonymize data and images.
• Identify inefficiencies, security gaps, or regulatory non-compliance.
• Propose and supervise the implementation of improvements.

Languages ENGLISH, * Software Development: programming languages such as Python, R, Java, C#, or similar (up to 3 points).

• Experience in database design, management, and auditing (SQL, Oracle, MongoDB) (up to 3 points).
• Design and management of data pipelines (ETL/ELT) in distributed environments (up to 2 points).
• Experience in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and massive processing frameworks (Spark, Hadoop) (up to 2 points).
• Knowledge of interoperability standards, health standards HL7, FHIR, SNOMED-CT, LOINC, OMOP-CDM (up to 3 points).
• English language proficiency: B2 = 0.5 points, C1 or higher = 1 point.

The selected person will have a full-time dedication of 37.5 hours per week. The salary will be the one established in the collective agreement of the convenio colectivo del "Grupo de Empresas de las Fundaciones de Investigación Biomédica de las Instituciones Sanitarias adscritas al Servicio Madrileño de Salud (SERMAS)" according to the degree provided.
