The primary function of this role is to collaborate with 3rd level support in bug/ error evaluation and detection, perform technical database and GDS resolutions and create test plans for product and development teams.
As a 3rd Level WorkFlow Support Specialist, you will
- Work with support systems to gather information and recreate issues
- Ensure that information gathered is understandable for diagnosis
- Perform database/ technical data configuration
- Provide feedback for product /development teams on issues
- Keep details of new and recurring issues, detect patterns for product and development solutions

Requirements
Do you have experience in Visual Basic?, * Extensive travel reservations & process experience
- Expert level knowledge of GDS Amadeus
- Strong problem solving & process reengineering skills
- Ability to handle medium & high risk projects & accounts
- Programming experience using GDS or non-industry languages (VB, JAVA, .net)
- Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
