Job description

The primary function of this role is to collaborate with 3rd level support in bug/ error evaluation and detection, perform technical database and GDS resolutions and create test plans for product and development teams.

As a 3rd Level WorkFlow Support Specialist, you will

  • Work with support systems to gather information and recreate issues
  • Ensure that information gathered is understandable for diagnosis
  • Perform database/ technical data configuration
  • Provide feedback for product /development teams on issues
  • Keep details of new and recurring issues, detect patterns for product and development solutions

Requirements

Do you have experience in Visual Basic?, * Extensive travel reservations & process experience

  • Expert level knowledge of GDS Amadeus
  • Strong problem solving & process reengineering skills
  • Ability to handle medium & high risk projects & accounts
  • Programming experience using GDS or non-industry languages (VB, JAVA, .net)
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills in English
