Job description

As a Project Coordinator within our IT Operations team, you'll be the linchpin that keeps our technology initiatives running smoothly. You'll work closely with project managers, technical teams, and stakeholders to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be at the heart of our IT Operations, driving efficiency and excellence in project delivery. You will assist in planning, executing and closing IT projects, coordinate project activities, resources, equipment and information and create and maintain comprehensive documentation, plans and reports.

In addition, you will schedule project meetings, prepare agendas, record minutes, track projects progress, support creation and management of budgets and timelines and communicate all of the above to key stakeholders at various levels.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Trello?, Do you have a Bachelor's degree?, You will be a passionate and seasoned Project coordinator ideally with a Bachelors degree in Business, IT or relevant field. You'll be familiar with various project methodologies, and an understanding of project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Monday.com & Trello.

You will be a strong communicator with a can-do attitude to affect positive change and have the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, demonstrating adaptability and strategic thinking with an analytical mindset and experience in using data to drive decisions and improvements.
