IT Systems Coordinator

• Act as the super-user for the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Manage configuration, pick-path optimisations, and user accounts
• Liaise with software vendors to resolve high-level bugs
• Manage system patches or upgrades
• Support the tech stack, including Transport Management Systems (TMS)
• Provide rapid-response support for warehouse hardware
• Ensure robust Wi-Fi connectivity across the warehouse floor
• Manage local IT assets such as laptops and networking equipment
• Support onboarding of new clients with EDI and API mapping
• Monitor data queues for order flow from e-commerce to WMS
• Troubleshoot failed orders and data mismatches between systems
• Develop and maintain reports to track operational KPIs
• Utilize SQL or Excel to extract raw data for client reports
• Present data findings to assist with labour planning
• Identify opportunities to automate manual warehouse tasks

• Excellent experience in a similar IT role within distribution or manufacturing
• Good understanding of UK courier integrations (e.g. Metapack, ShipStation, GFS)
