Please note, this role offers hybrid working, with three days per week based in the office in South East London and two days per week working from home. The ideal candidate will be hands-on, flexible and confident taking ownership of IT issues and troubleshooting effectively. You will have experience owning modern endpoint management, device compliance and patching using Intune and SCCM., As the Systems Engineer, you will take ownership of day-to-day endpoint management across the organisation while contributing to the ongoing improvement and evolution of IT services. You will be responsible for endpoint configuration, compliance, patching, and application management, working with technologies including Intune, Autopilot, SCCM and Microsoft 365. You'll play an active role in improving automation, security, and device lifecycle management, while also supporting infrastructure projects, security hardening initiatives, and acting as a technical escalation point for the Service Desk.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have 2+ years' experience in senior IT support or systems engineering, with strong hands-on experience of Windows 11, Intune and Microsoft 365. You'll be confident managing patching and application deployments, comfortable writing and maintaining PowerShell Scripts, and keen to take greater ownership of endpoint standards and improvements. Microsoft endpoint or device management certifications are desirable, or a willingness to work towards one.

The salary on offer is £40,000 - £45,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
