Job description

  • Act as an effective point of contact for Internal IT, resolving issues and escalating as necessary
  • Support the Henley office one day a week as required
  • Liaise with senior IT team members to address recurring problems or concerns
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of IT plans
  • Identify areas for improvement in IT services and suggest enhancements
  • Collaborate on various IT projects to support business growth

Requirements

  • Experience in a 3rd Line IT Engineer role
  • Strong communication skills
  • Valid driving license
  • Experience with Cloud environments such as Microsoft Cloud and Azure
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
  • Familiarity with Active Directory
  • Microsoft Office 365 support and administration experience
  • Knowledge of SharePoint
  • Experience with Intune
  • Understanding of laptop imaging and device build processes
  • Experience with Backup Software and maintenance procedures
