Job description
- Act as an effective point of contact for Internal IT, resolving issues and escalating as necessary
- Support the Henley office one day a week as required
- Liaise with senior IT team members to address recurring problems or concerns
- Contribute to the development and implementation of IT plans
- Identify areas for improvement in IT services and suggest enhancements
- Collaborate on various IT projects to support business growth

Requirements
- Experience in a 3rd Line IT Engineer role
- Strong communication skills
- Valid driving license
- Experience with Cloud environments such as Microsoft Cloud and Azure
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Familiarity with Active Directory
- Microsoft Office 365 support and administration experience
- Knowledge of SharePoint
- Experience with Intune
- Understanding of laptop imaging and device build processes
- Experience with Backup Software and maintenance procedures
