Software Project Manager

• Overseeing the full project lifecycle for onboarding, including scoping, build, development, testing, and go-live support.
• Defining and managing project timelines, milestones, and deliverables, ensuring projects are completed on time and within scope.
• Coordinating with internal teams (developers, business analysts, and support) to ensure smooth execution and delivery.
• Client relationship management as well as working closely with the tech team to ensure accurate scoping and delivery of tailored requirements.
• Collaboration with third-party platforms, APIs, and integrations to ensure seamless connectivity with back-office systems.
• Overseeing UAT, data migration, and production deployment phases as well as the provision of post-launch support, ensuring a smooth transition to BAU operations.
• Working with the support team to resolve any issues and provide ongoing relationship management.
• Identifying and implementing continuous improvements based on client feedback.
