Job description
- Provide 2nd line support to our managed IT Support client base
- Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and application issues remotely
- Administer user accounts in Active Directory
- Communicate effectively with clients via telephone and remote support tools
- Document all support activities in our IT service management system

Requirements
- Strong knowledge of remote desktop support and troubleshooting
