Job description

  • Provide 2nd line support to our managed IT Support client base
  • Troubleshoot and resolve desktop and application issues remotely
  • Administer user accounts in Active Directory
  • Communicate effectively with clients via telephone and remote support tools
  • Document all support activities in our IT service management system

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of remote desktop support and troubleshooting
  • Experience with Active Directory administration
