IT Technician

• Deliver exceptional AV support for meetings and events
• Set up, operate, and dismantle projection, sound, and PA systems
• Prepare presentations and test microphones
• Support live event recordings
• Create easy-to-follow user guides and short videos for AV equipment
• Instruct and assist users with AV systems
• Provide first-line IT support via email, phone, and face-to-face
• Log and manage all requests through the IT Helpdesk
• Support, maintain, and deploy IT and AV hardware
• Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
• Manage warranty repairs as needed
• Maintain printers and manage consumables
• Document all work, configurations, and incidents accurately
