Job description
- Deliver exceptional AV support for meetings and events
- Set up, operate, and dismantle projection, sound, and PA systems
- Prepare presentations and test microphones
- Support live event recordings
- Create easy-to-follow user guides and short videos for AV equipment
- Instruct and assist users with AV systems
- Provide first-line IT support via email, phone, and face-to-face
- Log and manage all requests through the IT Helpdesk
- Support, maintain, and deploy IT and AV hardware
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
- Manage warranty repairs as needed
- Maintain printers and manage consumables
- Document all work, configurations, and incidents accurately
