Job description

Sircle Collection is looking for an enthusiastic and skilled IT Coordinator to join our centralised European Service Desk team. While you will be physically based in our Barcelona office on Passeig de Gràcia, you will work closely with - and report directly to - our team in Amsterdam, acting as a key member of our Europe-wide support operation.

This role combines remote support for colleagues across Europe with hands-on technical assistance for our Barcelona properties.

What You'll Do

  1. European Service Desk Support (Your Core Mission)
  • Resolve tickets remotely for employees across all Sircle Collection locations (Amsterdam, Berlin, Vienna, etc.).
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line support, including troubleshooting login issues, software functionality, M365, email setups, and VPN connectivity.
  • Contribute to our central Knowledge Base by documenting solutions and sharing insights with the wider IT team.
  1. Local IT Operations in Barcelona (Your Hands-On Work)
  • Act as the local on-site expert when physical intervention is required (printers, server rooms, network hardware, etc.).
  • Coordinate with local Spanish vendors, including ISPs, cabling providers, and hardware suppliers.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding hardware logistics (laptops, mobile devices) for staff in Spain.
  1. Infrastructure & Maintenance
  • Perform routine weekly/monthly checks on server rooms, POS, kiosks, and other essential systems.
  • Support HQ with rollouts of company-wide IT projects, ensuring Barcelona properties are updated on time.

What We Offer

  • Access to continuous training and learning opportunities
  • Wellbeing initiatives, team activities and company events
  • CSR and volunteering programmes with social impact
  • Preferential prices on stays at Sircle Collection hotels
  • Discounts on health insurance, gym memberships, and internal perks
  • Free coffee at the office

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in a Service Desk or Helpdesk environment.
  • Comfortable supporting remote users across multiple countries.
  • Languages: English: primary working language for the Service Desk & Spanish: essential for local vendor and staff communication
  • Technical Skills: strong: Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Windows 10/11, basic networking. Nice to have: macOS support
  • Hospitality experience (PMS/POS) is a plus
