IT Support Engineer

• Serve as the first point of contact for internal staff needing assistance with hardware and software issues.
• Identify, diagnose, and resolve technical issues, ranging from basic user problems to more complex network challenges.
• Conduct regular maintenance and updates on our IT infrastructure to ensure optimal performance.
• Offer training sessions and create user documentation to help our team maximize their technology use.
• Work closely with other departments to understand their IT needs and provide tailored solutions.

• Proven experience in an IT support role, ideally in a fast-paced environment, or an IT-related qualification.
• Proficiency in Windows and Mac OS environments, along with knowledge of networking concepts.
