As an IT Support Technician, you'll be the friendly, knowledgeable face of IT for employees across the organisation. You'll provide both first- and second-line support, ensuring systems, devices and software run smoothly so the business can keep moving.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver hands-on IT support via phone, email and face-to-face
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and network issues
  • Configure and maintain laptops, desktops, mobile devices and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts, permissions and access
  • Install and update applications and operating systems
  • Maintain IT documentation, logs and asset records
  • Support onboarding and offboarding processes
  • Escalate complex issues when needed
  • Ensure IT security and data protection compliance
  • Support IT improvement projects and rollouts

Requirements

  • Approachable, patient and proactive
  • Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Able to prioritise workload
  • Great attention to detail
  • Solid understanding of Windows and/or macOS
  • Basic networking knowledge (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, VPN)
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 admin
  • ERP experience is a bonus
  • Understanding of cybersecurity principles
