IT Technician

• Provide onsite IT support to customers across London & the South
• Resolve escalated technical issues and deliver excellent customer service
• Support Windows Server & Desktop environments (Windows 10/11, Server 2008-2022)
• Administer Microsoft 365, Active Directory & Office applications
• Support networking, connectivity, firewalls, switches & routers
• Manage tickets, documentation, and client communication

We are looking for an experienced IT Technician to join our expanding team in Farringdon, offering a salary of £30,000 - £36,000 plus benefits including a company car, laptop, mobile phone, pension scheme, and opportunities for training and career progression.

• Minimum 2 years' experience in 1st Line IT Support (2nd Line desirable)
• Strong Microsoft Windows & Microsoft 365 experience
• Networking and connectivity knowledge
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence required
• MSP experience highly desirable
