IT Engineer

• Be the go-to person for second and third line IT support for macOS and Windows, handling calls, emails, tickets, and on-site requests
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues for a range of users
• Assist with onboarding and offboarding, including device setup, user accounts, and permissions
• Keep documentation up to date with clear notes and resolutions
• Deliver an exceptional support experience both remotely and on-site

• Prior experience in 1st line support, helpdesk, or a similar tech role
• Confidence working with macOS and Windows environments
• Understanding of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills
• A customer-first attitude and enthusiasm for learning
• Bonus: Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or other cloud systems
• Bonus: Experience using MDM tools like Intune or JumpCloud
• Bonus: Relevant IT certifications (CompTIA A+, ITIL, Microsoft, etc.)
