Job description

You will blend imagination with technical skill to bring the brand to life. Your days will be varied and fast-paced:

  • Creative Ideation: Help generate concepts, themes, and visual directions for seasonal campaigns and digital experiences.
  • Content Creation: Design graphics, edit photos/videos, and produce infographics using Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Copy & Storytelling: Draft engaging copy for social media, websites, scripts, and marketing materials.
  • Project Powerhouse: Prepare beautiful pitch decks, manage project timelines, and assist with mood boards and style guides.
  • Asset Management: Organise and track creative assets, ensuring they are perfectly adapted for different platforms.
  • Trend Spotting: Research emerging digital trends and audience behaviours to keep content fresh.

  • Experience: You have 2+ years of relevant experience in a creative or digital role.
  • Technical Toolkit: You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Premiere Pro) and Microsoft Office.
  • Design Literacy: You understand colour, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
  • A Strong Communicator: You have excellent written communication skills and can adapt your tone for different formats.
  • Organised: You have excellent time management skills and obsessive attention to detail.
  • Collaborative: You enjoy working across teams (design, sales, marketing) to give the customer the best experience.
