Job description

We're looking for a video-first digital marketer who can confidently plan, create, edit and distribute content across social platforms, while also supporting wider marketing activity across the business. This is a hands-on role with a strong emphasis on short-form video, social performance, and execution. You'll be comfortable working independently, organised in your approach, and collaborative in how you work alongside the wider team. If you enjoy turning ideas into content, spotting what's working on social, and refining it to perform even better, this role is for you. Key ResponsibilitiesContent & Video Edit short-form video content for Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and YouTube ShortsRepurpose long-form video (podcasts, interviews, brand content) into high-performing short-form clipsAssist on client shoots where required (setup, capture support, content planning)Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and platform best practiceManage content libraries, file organisation, naming conventions and version controlStay up to date with social trends, formats, audio and platform changes Social Media & Digital Marketing Support content planning and content calendars for client accountsSchedule and publish content across multiple platformsAssist with email marketing campaigns (setup, basic copy support, scheduling)Support internal marketing for the agency (social channels, announcements, case studies)Handle light admin and coordination tasks related to content deliverySupport business development activity where needed (content assets, proposals, case studies)

Requirements

Essential: 1-2+ years' experience in content creation, social media or digital marketingStrong video editing skills (Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar)A solid understanding of what makes content perform on social platformsConfident working independently and managing your own workloadHighly organised with strong attention to detailComfortable working in a small agency environment where no two days are the sameExperience filming content (even if not a full videographer)Understanding of digital marketing platformsExperience working with multiple brands or clientsInterest in social trends, storytelling, and performance-led content

Benefits & conditions
