IT Engineer

• In this role, you will provide hands-on support across hardware, software, networks, and user queries. You will assist with the maintenance and improvement of both on-prem and cloud systems. Efficient troubleshooting of issues is key, and you will escalate problems when necessary. You will also contribute to ongoing IT projects and upgrades, ensuring the security, reliability, and smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
