IT Infrastructure Field Engineer

• Take ownership of all IT issues at various sites
• Manage complex IT support and project-related tasks
• Lead initial network refresh project using Cisco and Meraki kit
• Provide desktop support at 2nd/3rd line levels
• Maintain effective communication with internal customers
• Organize daily and weekly travel schedule
• Stay away from home approximately 3 nights per week when required
