Job description

As a Migration Administrator, you will be primarily responsible for the successful migration of data for new clients. You will work collaboratively to ensure the migration process is seamlessly integrated with the rest of a client's onboarding process and therefore internal team communication and client communication is key. You have a strong sense of ownership, an organised mindset, and a high attention to detail.

You must be highly confident using Excel and enjoy working extensively with spreadsheets and large data sets, alongside regular communication with customers.

Day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Owning the end-to-end migration of client data using prescribed guidelines and procedures
  • Working extensively with Excel spreadsheets to clean, validate, and accurately migrate client data
  • Ensuring a high level of data accuracy and attention to detail throughout the migration process
  • Handling client calls regarding migration queries with limited guidance
  • Responding to incoming tickets, calls, and client queries with a detailed understanding of onboarding and migration products
  • Troubleshooting issues with guidance and clearly communicating solutions to clients
  • Working on ongoing projects within the team and across the business with oversight

Requirements
