Job description
This role provides high-quality IT support to colleagues across the Northern Europe region. You will ensure smooth daily operations by resolving technical issues and maintaining reliable systems, * Provide desk-side and remote support to users across Northern Europe.Build, configure, and deploy PCs, laptops, mobile devices, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot issues related to hardware, software, servers, networks, and telecoms.
- Manage and resolve escalated support tickets.
- Deliver services in line with SLAs and internal standards.
- Participate in a 24/7 on-call rota and carry out occasional site visits.
- Support IT asset management, procurement, and compliance processes.
- Maintain accurate records within the IT service management system.
- Prepare user documentation and deliver training when required.
- Collaborate effectively with internal teams and external service providers.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Experienced in providing 2nd line support in a similar environment
- Confident supporting Windows 10, Office 365, Active Directory, and hardware devices.
- Strong communicator with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Able to manage your workload independently while being an effective team player.
- Qualified with relevant technical certifications or possessing equivalent experience.
