Job description
- Provide high-quality end-user support
- Take responsibility for day-to-day team leadership
- Share knowledge with team members
- Support and motivate the Service Desk team
- Play a key role in onboarding and training Service Desk analysts
- Help create a collaborative, high-performing environment
- Provide performance support, guidance, and feedback

Requirements
- Experience in team leadership, line support, or acting team lead responsibilities
- Proficient with Microsoft Windows 10 / 11
- Skilled in Microsoft Office 365 troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Familiarity with SCCM / Intune
- Experience with DFS folder permissions in SharePoint
- Networking triaging experience
- Strong coaching and mentoring skills
- Excellent stakeholder communication and relationship-building skills
- Confidence in conflict resolution, prioritization, and decision making
- Strong, logical troubleshooting and diagnostic ability
- Professional, approachable, and supportive manner
- Growth mindset, resilience, and emotional intelligence
- Experience contributing to Knowledge Banks (KBs), process improvement, and setting best-practice standards is desirable
