Job description
- In this role, you will need to become SC Cleared and contribute positively to our team dynamics. We look for individuals who can escalate issues to our 3rd Line Cloud Technical Support Engineers when necessary. You will also be responsible for adhering to processes and procedures, managing incidents, and maintaining strong documentation skills.

Requirements
- As an IT Support / Cloud Support / Infrastructure Support professional, we expect you to possess the following skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows Server and Microsoft Office 365.
- Experience with VMware, Citrix, and Azure is ideal, though familiarity with at least two of these technologies and a desire to learn more is acceptable.
- Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Active Directory, and preferably some experience with Group Policy.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast-paced environment, ideally at the enterprise level or within a managed service provider (MSP).
