Job description

  • Provide end user support as a 1st-2nd Line Support Analyst
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
  • Assist in managing Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Support and maintain Microsoft Windows and Office 365 environments
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery
  • Document technical procedures and solutions
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions

Requirements

  • Microsoft Windows 10/11 knowledge
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365
  • Familiarity with Active Directory and Group Policy
  • Understanding of SCCM

  • Resourceful and proactive in upskilling
