Job description
- In this role, I will provide IT support services as a point of contact for first-line issues. This includes logging all work requests in our internal ticketing system and ensuring that users are kept up to date with their tickets. I will troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently for employees across various UK locations. Additionally, I will liaise with third-party companies to ensure that computer and telephony systems, along with software, are operating to agreed service levels. This position may require occasional travel to different sites; therefore, a valid driving license is necessary.

Requirements
- Experience supporting and maintaining IT infrastructure, networks, and cloud-based systems (e.g., Office 365 & Azure AD).
- Proficient in the setup of computers, mobile devices, and other peripherals.
- Experience in setting up remote user PC requirements, including VPN connection, encryption, email, antivirus, and server access.
- Skilled in building and deploying laptops.
- Proficient in setting up user accounts/Active Directory/Azure Entra ID.
- Experience with Windows Server (desirable).
- Knowledge of Windows 10 and above.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office and other software products.
- Understanding of Mobile Device Management (Tablets, Mobile Phones).
- Solid understanding of security principles.
- Strong background in customer service.
