Job DescriptionIT SUPPORT ENGINEERSALARY - £35,000LOCATION - HARTLEPOOLFULL TIME ON-SITEYour new roleAn experienced IT Support Engineer with a strong understanding of ITIL practices is required to join an existing IT Support Team. The role will be to support multiple sites in the Northeast and, so an ability to drive & access to a vehicle is required. What you'll need to succeedThe IT Support Engineer will need to be able to demonstrate the following key skills and experience in order to be short-listed.- Previous experience of ITIL Practices- Experience of carrying out installations and configurations of end-user workstation hardware & software.- Networking hardware and software products by Testing, maintaining, monitoring & troubleshooting. - Carry out Network asset management registers - ensure kit is logged and accounted for. - Perform system back-ups.- Administer & Maintain End-user accounts, permissions and access-rights in line with Network security policies. - Support delivery of Projects.- VMWare experience would be preferred.What you'll get in returnThe role is 5 days a week on various client sites and comes with a Basic Salary of £35,000 + Benefits.
