Scrum Master

• In your role as Scrum Master, you will be responsible for organizing and managing sprint ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives. You will work closely with development teams and key stakeholders to ensure risks are communicated and addressed effectively. Additionally, you will promote a culture of continuous improvement and ensure that backlogs are maintained and prioritized.

You should have experience with Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum, as well as experience working with software development teams.
