Job description
- Supporting & troubleshooting specialist ERP system & related business systems
- Collaborate with ERP team to help implement new updates
- Documentation
- Work with users and developers to deliver system improvements, supporting data migration, testing, and training.
- Managing ERP system accounts
- System checks
- Report building
Requirements
- Experience with ERP system and similar role
- IT systems experience
- Knowledge of SaaS migration
- M365 certifications
- Reporting experience in SSRS, Power BI or similar would be desirable
