Job description

  • Lead, plan, and execute learning and development strategies for digital technologies and business processes
  • Build internal capability on CRM/ERP programmes by leveraging success stories
  • Design and oversee the creation of various training solutions, including workshops and support materials
  • Act as a key driver for user adoption and manage resistance during transitions
  • Collaborate with senior executives and department heads to align training initiatives with business goals
  • Track KPIs and gather feedback to measure the impact of training programs

Requirements
