Job description
- Deliver training sessions (often in English) on business topics (ETCS, signaling) for IT profiles (analysts, developers, testers) at basic to medium level.
- Ensure trainees understand the context in which they operate (Signalling Design Platform and business partner office at Infrabel).
- Prepare training materials and documentation for compliance with standards.
- Support business teams in understanding processes and requirements., * Facilitate and animate Agile/Scrum ceremonies and meetings in English for a small team (1-3 testers, 7-8 developers, occasionally an additional analyst).
- Perform functional analysis for team releases as needed.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to meet objectives.
- Maintain documentation to comply with quality and safety standards (ISO 9001, EN 50.128, ISO 27001 - NIS).
- Coach, mentor, and support team members in Agile practices and functional processes.
Requirements
Do you have experience in UML?, You have at least 5 years of experience as a trainer and functional analyst, and at least 2 years as a Scrum Master in Agile/Scrum teams. You enjoy working with teams, coaching, and delivering high-quality solutions, and you are constantly innovating. You are looking for an environment where your ideas matter and where technology goes hand in hand with collaboration.

You have at least 5 years of experience in demanding Agile/Scrum environments. You enjoy training, functional analysis, and team facilitation, and are looking to grow in a role that combines teaching, coaching, and hands-on analysis.
